What is your shipping policy?

Once you place your order, your hair will be shipped within 2 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service) and will require signature upon delivery. All orders are shipped priority mail which usually takes between 2-4 days for delivery once shipped. Your shipping costs will be calculated upon check out in your shopping cart. If you need your order shipped express mail, please e-mail us in advance with your zip code and we can quote you the exact price to expedite your order.

Is local pick-up of my order possible?

If you live locally in Southern California's San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, or Antelope Valley, please email us with your telephone number and a representative will call you back before the end of the day to discuss details with you further.

How will I pay for my order?

Once you have completed your order and are ready to checkout, you will be directed to PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete your payment. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal your financial information is never shared with the merchant. PayPal allows you to use credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks. Your order will be sent once payment has cleared.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. It is suggested that you order a sample before placing your final order to ensure you get the right product for your needs.

What is Virgin Hair?

Virgin hair is not processed or chemically altered. It is 100% all natural which makes it so that there is no damage to the cuticles. The cuticles protect the inner structure of the hair from outside elements. Our hair is hand selected and close attention is given to ensure that all the cuticles run in the same direction to prevent tangling. The end result is long lasting and lustrous hair.

What is Remy Single Drawn?

This type of Remy Hair is taken out directly from the scalp by shaving the head. Care is taken to remove the very short hair, with the longer hair, found in different hair length, giving a pony tail like appearance.

How much hair do I need?

Each bundle of hair comes in 4 ounces. In order to purchase the right amount of hair for your styling needs, please consider the following:

* A full weave may require 8oz
* A full weave with more volume and fullness may require about 10 -12oz
*A partial weave may require about 4oz
* A partial weave with more volume may require about 6oz
For longer lengths (20-26 inches) you may need 12oz-14oz.

What type of maintenance is required for my hair?

Wash, condition, and moisturize your hair every 3 - 5 days. Extensions do not receive the natural oils from your scalp, so it is important to wash hair properly and use quality products according to the type of hair you are using. Always use a sulfate free moisturizing shampoo and conditioner whenever possible.

• Wash hair in a downward motion. Piling on top of your head and rubbing vigurously can cause tangles to even the best of hair.
• Because some shampoos can be harsh, pre-condition your extensions before washing. Simply apply conditioner to hair without rinsing, then wash hair normally and follow with normal conditioning.
• Use a wide tooth comb starting from the bottom to comb out tangles, gently work your way up. Do not tug or pull at the hair.
• This hair is human, so take care of it as you would your own.
• At night, tie or wrap your hair up gently and protect with a satin scarf.

How long does it last?

Depending upon how well you take care of the hair, i.e. washing regularly and conditioning every wash, avoid excessive pulling on hair, etc., our Indian hair can last you as long as you want to use it. Many women have used our hair for up to two years! It's really your preference. Some women like to add fresh bundles to what they already have and others prefer to just replace it all together after they've used it for some time.

Yes we do! Samples are available in the hair section, just choose the sample of your choice.
